Our Asphalt Repair Methods

Seamless. Strong. Sustainable.

While conventional repair methods require removing old asphalt from a damaged site and replacing it with new asphalt, our unique approach expedites the process by heating, fusing, and compacting existing asphalt - saving equipment, labour, and new material in the process.

Seamless Repair Patchwork

One critical issue with traditional asphalt repair methods is water infiltration. Even with the best traditional repair methods, patch seams will always be at risk of moisture infiltration and the freeze/thaw cycle causing deterioration, especially in a city like Calgary. The cost of repatching year over year can quickly add up.

Our crews perform ultra-clean patching with no seams remaining for moisture and ice to get back in under the repair by utilizing our unique repair approach. By fusing to the existing pavement and creating a continuous surface, our patching method eliminates the need for tack-coating the edges, enhances durability and longevity, and allows roads to be opened to traffic immediately.

We keep public disturbance and traffic congestion at a minimum. We require less operating space, which significantly reduces road/parking lot closures and traffic congestion, allowing for a more safe work environment.
